A recent line up of our new vehicles highlights a really good perspective.
As one of the biggest fleets of utility vehicles in the UK we get asked for all shapes and sizes and having a mixed fleet allows us to meet that but as part of this we see two significant differences, road or off road.
You will see from the photograph that our DAF and Scania tipper grabs are built very differently. The DAF has much better ground clearance.
The Scania is lower but this in turn reduces the dash height to a level which gives greater visibility particularly close to the front of the vehicle. In urban operating environments this has become more of a focus for the protection of vulnerable road users. The Scania is also fitted with a passenger door safety window and this adds to our standard spec of full FORS camera equipment.
